Providing life-changing experiences for students in Duluth and the surrounding area

Duluth Robotics is a nonprofit that runs the Denfeld Robotics team and the Arrowhead Robotics Coalition. Both provide vital Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematical skills to Duluth and northeastern Minnesota.

Denfeld high school has less than an 80% graduation rate every year and is located in one of the poorest districts in Duluth. Robotics is a wonderful opportunity for students to learn life-changing skills in a competitive environment.

Unlike most sports, the majority of robotics teams do not have access to a field before competition. This ensures its members can work out mistakes and practice driving before competition.

DNA is a varsity level FIRST Robotics Competition (FRC) team. Students who participate in FIRST Robotics gain exposure to science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM).  Students gain many technical skills including: computer aided design (CAD), metalworking, welding, woodworking, and fabrication throughout the 6 week robot build process. In addition, the students gain real-life business skills.
