2025 Outreach Center Annual Fundraiser

Our fundraiser continuously stands as our cornerstone effort of the year, crucial for sustaining the vital services the Outreach Center provides to Carton County community members. For over 30 years, the Center has been a beacon of hope for many individuals. We offer free meals twice a week, engaging activities, and a safe space with a mission to foster a sense of belonging and wellbeing for all that walk through our doors. All are welcome!

While HDC’s roots lie deep in supporting individuals with mental health and addiction services, our programs and services constantly evolve to serve our communities in the best way possible. The Cloquet Outreach Center is a nurturing hub for Carlton County residents seeking to belong. 

Contributions make all the difference for fundraisers like ours! Monetary donations enable us to organize inclusive activities that promote mental and physical wellness and enhance our meal program (free meals served every Tuesday & Thursday), ensuring that no community member feels hunger.
