Update #1

Update posted 2 months ago

We have exciting news!

Oraculi is now the fiscal agent for the Rochester Regional STEM Fair!

This means we will be handling all donations to the STEM Fair, with amounts earmarked as they are donated.

See this document for more information on how to donate to the STEM Fair General Fund or to donate awards (prize money)!

Thank you for your support!

The Oraculi Team

Oraculi is a registered non-profit 501(c)(3) organization with a mission to inspire and foster the next generation of scientists, engineers, mathematicians, and thinkers.

In 2020-2021, we partnered with Rochester Public Schools for our first project, a mentorship program for middle schoolers. We connected middle school students with young leaders in STEM, who guided students through the scientific process. These teams met on a weekly basis to facilitate mentorship, guidance, and support. Despite the pandemic, we successfully virtually mentored 15 students; every mentee won an award at the regional science fair and more than half progressed to State.

In 2021-2022, we expanded our program to include both in person and remote mentoring at both the middle and high school levels.

In 2022-2023, we piloted a partnership with the Boys & Girls Club of Rochester to bring our resources to the elementary school level for the GATEway Science Fair.

We’re fundraising to cover our costs for the next 2-3 years, including student project expenses, science fair registration fees, community outreach efforts, and mentor transportation to local schools.

If you have any questions or want to get in touch, please feel free to email us at oraculi.mentor@gmail.com.

Your support means a lot to us, thank you!
