Threshold Theater "Produce fresh LGBTQ+ work"

Regardless of who sits in the White House, Threshold Theater’s mission remains the same – to develop and produce new works by living LGBTQ+ playwrights. We tell the stories of who we are, because only when we see each other do the walls of discrimination start to crumble. Telling these stories creates a welcoming space on and off stage for all people.

We know we are only here because of support from the community, and we can't do it without you. The work of Threshold Theater is as important now as it has ever been. Gifts of any amount are always welcome. Since our founding in 2019 we have worked with over 130 artist. Help us continue to produce the New Play Reading Series and our stage productions. Your support allows us to continue to pay all the artists we work with - playwrights, actors, directors and designers.

 As a thank you to our donors: 

$1 to $49: You will be listed in all programs and our website.

$50 to $99: You also get two comps to the New Play Reading Series 2025 Pride Month event.

$100 to $499: You also get a thank you package from Threshold which includes the script for “Spellbound” and the New Play Reading Series 2025 Pride Month selection, both signed by the cast and company.

$500+: You also get four tickets to “Spellbound”
