Give to the Max 2023: Instrument and Equipment Campaign

As we look ahead to the 15th anniversary of the organization, Give to the Max Day represents an important opportunity to invest in the future of RCR and our performing ensembles. That means that all donations that we receive on this 2023 day of giving will be used to support instrument and equipment upgrades needed to help our groups succeed in the coming years, including:  

• new horns for the drum & bugle corps

• a new synth cart for our percussion ensembles

• new sabres for our colorguard ensembles

As a supporter of RCR and the performing arts, we hope you will consider a donation to our instrument and equipment campaign this year. No donation is too small to help us reach our goal and help set our ensembles up for success in the coming years. 

As a thank you for your support, two randomly selected individuals who make a donation to the Fund the Future campaign will each be gifted a pair of VIP tickets to their choice of the RCR Winter Classic or the March On! DCI show.

What is Give to the Max?

Give to the Max Day is a Minnesota-based day of giving that started in 2009 to help encourage charitable giving to charities and nonprofits across the state. Since the start of the initiative, more than $400 million has been raised as part of this effort, including $34 million in 2022. 

Last year, RCR had our most successful year of giving to date, with over $12,000 raised to support the purchase and outfitting of a new equipment trailer. We hope to build on that success this year as we continue to invest in the organization and the growth of all of our programs. 

Early giving begins on November 1st and runs through Give to the Max Day on November 16th, 2023. Each day leading up to the event - and every hour on the big day - comes with an opportunity to win additional cash prizes from GiveMN. Every donation made to RCR during this time increases our chances of winning, so be sure to share with friends and family and encourage them to get in on the giving!
