SACA Food Shelf has seen a 26% increase in the number of people accessing our food services this year, with the busiest part of the year still ahead. We're expecting 2023 to be a record year for number of individuals served and pounds of food distributed. Funds raised from this campaign will help us meet the growing need for our services and keep our shelves stocked with nutritious food for families! 

Funds raised over the $10,000 goal will go into our Capital Fund. Earlier this year, SACA purchased a building that is three times larger than our current location, allowing us to meet the increasing demand and better serve our community. 

In early 2023, SACA secured a federal and state grant totaling $2.5 million. As we wait for our federal and state grants come through, SACA needs help paying for the building loan and property costs in the interim. New building costs will increase during the winter months (plowing, utilities, etc.) and grant funds will likely not be allocated until spring. We need your help today to get to this next stage of growth!
