Alexis' Fundraiser for Standpoint

Standpoint is an organization that provides Minnesota victims and their professionals with support, training, advocacy, and legal advice through our Action Line. Standpoint has seen a 228% rise in calls to our Action Line since 2020. 

This increased need for Standpoint's services means there is an increased need for donor support.

Standpoint is a critical resource in Minnesota and the only organization that provides free and confidential legal advice and advocacy, as well as technical support and training to agencies and professionals who work with victims. 

Your donation makes an impact:

• $10 pays for our immigration attorney to mail one asylum application to a domestic violence victim.
• $25 pays for one technical assistance call from an attorney working with domestic and sexual violence victims.
• $75 provides comprehensive safety planning for one victim of violence.
• $100 provides free legal advice for domestic and sexual violence victims of who are filing for divorce.
• $1,000 provides a two-day training to prepare attorneys to represent trafficking victims obtain T-visas, allowing survivors to freely live and work in the US.
• $5,000 funds a legal clinic, including transportation to help domestic and sexual violence victims expunge their criminal convictions.
• $15,000 keeps Standpoint’s Action Line running for one month.

Standpoint makes navigating the court system, finding safe shelter, and getting competent and compassionate services possible.
