The Southern Theater

The Southern Theater helps build and sustain a vibrant artistic community by providing a supportive home for the Twin Cities’ finest, most creative independent performing artists. The Southern creates a respectful and intimate environment that encourages artists and audience to engage in intelligent, enjoyable artistic exploration. 

We do this through the generous donations of individuals, foundations, and corporations. We provide an affordable indexed rental fee and partnership opportunities to ensure anyone that has a story to tell through performance art can do so at The Southern Theater.
