Since 1981, community members just like you have partnered with the Eden Prairie Community Foundation to assist families and individuals in need of food and affordable housing, help fund services to seniors and people with disabilities, support the arts and community education, provide scholarships, increase access to after-school programs for kids, and much more.

In addition to fueling community-impacting projects through strategic grantmaking, we serve as a community hub -- launching and supporting non-profits, bringing the community together through meaningful events, and providing leadership to anticipate and respond to important community issues.
