Trevor's Fundraiser for Avenues!

Why I work at Avenues and why I'm asking for your support today:

For Me, this is not just about the place I work or the day to day of my job at Avenues. I work here because what we do every day is good. In a world that intentionally forgets the people and community that Avenues serves, we are a place of hope and light. I do not do the real important work that Avenues does, I just support the people that do that work every day as best that they can, and I hope you can give whatever financial support you can so that the important work can continue. 

The young LGBTQ+ people I see in our building everyday need this support today and all days more than ever before. The young families who would not have stable and supportive housing today or tomorrow without our programming support need us now more than ever.

Please, if you can, do. And if you can't today remember us next time. The work here will only get harder in the days ahead.

Each night in Minnesota, over 4,000 youth experience homelessness. 

For over 30 years Avenues for Youth has been partnering with youth experiencing homelessness. Whether youth need a place to stay for one night or a year and a half, Avenues is here for youth in this part of their journey.

At Avenues, youth are the drivers of their journeys, and their experiences guide the programs. Avenues operates multiple programs to meet young people's unique needs and goals. Youth have options and can choose whichever path is the best fit for their future.
