Support the River Valley Chorale!

The River Valley Chorale is the newly formed community choir serving residents in Hastings, MN and the surrounding communities. In partnership with the Hastings Prescott Arts Council, the chorale was formed to celebrate the joy and impact of choral music, while building new relationships and fostering a creative and inclusive musical environment for our community members. 

As we announced this new choir to the world in the summer of 2024, we were met with great enthusiasm and were happy to welcome over 70 singers to be a part of the inaugural season. Rehearsals began in September 2024 where we got to know each other, started building new relationships, and we have been hard at work preparing for our debut concert on December 15, 2024.

We have seen in just the few short months that we have existed what an impact being in a choir can have on our members. We believe in our mission to create a welcoming and inclusive place for our community members and we look forward to many years of making music in the River Valley Chorale. 

We ask for your support in this mission by helping us to cover the costs of this new ensemble. Your financial contribution will help us pay for: buying sheet music, copies and supplies, rehearsal and performance space rental, administration costs, and so much more. We also hope to purchase a set of professional choral folders for the chorale that can be used year after year in performances and rehearsals.
