PLEASE SUPPORT WILDCAT RIDGE SANCTUARY ON GIVING TUESDAY, December 3rd!
This year we welcomed 14 new wildcat rescues to WCR. Some were from private owners, others from facilities that were shut down, but all had one thing in common: they had no place to go. Adding these wildcats to our rescue family has increased our budget, but we know it was the right thing to do. Without the support of all of you, our amazing and caring community, these animals would have faced more suffering or death. Providing them all safe lifetime homes means we need additional funding for food, vet care, utilities, and more. Fourteen more mouths to feed, to keep warm, to provide enrichment and to provide the best vet care possible is not an easy task.
Many of these animals are young, meaning lifetime care will last up to 20 years or more. Winter is most expensive as the wildcats instinctively prepare for colder months. Your support is absolutely crucial to the care for all of our rescues at WildCat Ridge! And thanks to two generous donors, we are challenged to raise $25,000 in the next two months which they will MATCH 100%! All donations from now through January 31 will go toward the match—our fundraising goal is $75,000!
These funds will allow us to give our wildcats the best care possible, including nutritious food, enrichment, and top-notch veterinary care so they can live the rest of their lives in peace, security, and free from the heartbreaking exploitation and mistreatment they once knew. Donors of $25 or more will be entered in a drawing for a very special private tour of WildCat Ridge Sanctuary to meet the animals you love and support ️ Please make your GIVING TUESDAY donation now and share this post with your friends! And don't miss some special future posts on GIVING TUESDAY.
With deep gratitude,
