Winona ORC Industries mission is to provide comprehensive job-related skills training, vocational counseling and meaningful employment to people with disabilities.

We serve nearly 300 people in the Winona, MN community through various work programs every week.  We offer community based sites, supervised by a job coach, in the areas of light assembly, janitorial, and grounds keeping.  We also offer on-site jobs including our commercial laundry facility, confidential document shredding, and production.

Our Employment Development Specialists and Job Coaches work closely with our clients to ensure they set goals, develop new skills, and strive for direct hire positions within Winona's business community.  Your donation will help us continue providing these valuable services to people in our community. 

Winona ORC has been a 501c3 non-profit corporation since it was founded in 1973.  Winona ORC is governed by a Board of Directors and is CARF Accredited.
