St. Paul Central High School Theatre is known for its high-quality, professional-level productions. Crucial to our productions is access to superior microphones for our actors. These microphones help to amplify the actors' voices and ensure that every word can be heard clearly. However, not all microphones are created equal. For a theatrical performance, it is essential to have microphones with excellent audio precision. This means that each microphone picks up even the slightest sound, including breaths, whispers, and nuances in the actors' voices. This level of detail is what brings a performance to life and helps to create an immersive experience for our audiences. Without this audio precision, other microphones are simply not up to the task of capturing the magic of live theatre. 

We are asking for your support to elevate the audio experience during Central's theatrical productions by acquiring 24 channels of the Shure QLX-D Digital Wireless System. With its extensive channel count, it can accommodate our diverse productions, from musicals to plays, enhancing the versatility of our theater.
