Great Hall support

The White Oak Society is asking for donations to help keep the Great Hall up and running. The Great Hall houses our office space , storage of artifacts, the Rick Balen Research Library and our fund raiser cafe that is open  on weekends. This building uses more of our limited resources than we would like to see used. The society would rather use its funds to educate children on the fur trade here in northern MN with our school days events and for all ages at the summer Rendevous . The Great Hall is a valued asset and we try to offer its use and classes to the public community for multiple uses. It is our Society's largest expense and makes budgeting for events more difficult. The Society could maintain the building with an extra ten thousand dollars and then be able to put more into education and events. The funds would last us for the whole year.
