Pawsitivity Service Dogs for Veterans has a vision: to provide the highest-quality trained assistance dogs for U.S. military veterans in need with highly individualized lifetime support for each dog/handler team. A PTSD Service Dog helps veterans leave their homes, often for the first time in months. With a PTSD Service Dog, the veteran doesn't need to be watched by family members, can self-soothe when panic attacks occur, and can help them sleep much better. These benefits extend from beyond the handler--they help the handler's relatives, other caregivers, and ultimately, their community.
Pawsitivity Service Dogs for Veterans is a 501c(3) organization (#47-1446634). Your kind donation is tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law. Pawsitivity Service Dogs is proud to have met the Charities Review Council's Accountability Standards and to design and implement all we do with transparency to those we serve and those who generously make our work possible.
