I love crew because of the friends I've made doing it, the better shape I have gotten in, and the mindset it gives you for life. Crew has taught me that no matter the challenge, it can be overcome, and I can rise above it. Along the way, I have made great friends who I enjoy spending time with while erging, lifting, or rowing on the water.
