The Funds
All of the funds raised will go DIRECTLY to our Thrivers in the form of Grand View gift cards to spend anywhere on property or in gas gift cards to pay for transportation. Here is the breakdown for this year.
We raised $11,362 from our June golf tournament. This money has allowed us to give our 18 recipients $600.
Also, because of generous donations, we were able to gift all applicants (36) with a $100 gas gift card. The purpose of this fundraiser (with a goal of $3,500) is to make sure that we can continue this support.
You can be guaranteed that 100% of your donation will go directly to Minnesotans in cancer treatment for direct relief.
About GVL Thrive
Gifting Warriors a Chance to Rest, Relax, Rejuvenate, and Thrive
INDY Foundation is excited to share a partnership with Grand View Lodge (GVL) of Nisswa, MN benefitting Minnesota's cancer warriors.
The GVL Thrive program was born from an idea after cancer survivor and Thriver Stephanie Kennelly found healing and comfort in her stay at Grand View Lodge in Nisswa, MN.
We are thrilled and honored to be partnering with Grand View Lodge to create a program that will allow cancer warriors and their families to rest, relax, and rejuvenate at the lodge.
