MARS Volunteer Development Funds

We’re a leading conflict resolution non-profit in Anoka County and we provide the space and resources for conflict to be addressed in a constructive way, giving people in conflict an opportunity to develop connections and to decrease feelings of stress, anger and resentment, which ultimately builds more peaceful, collaborative and safer communities in our area.

We provide low cost/no cost mediations in court via partnerships, and also provide mediations in the community setting, in-person and virtually. There is no conflict too small for us to help with: we help disputes surrounding family issues, co-parenting, housing, neighbor-to-neighbor conflict, and much more.

Our housing program increases housing stability in our communities. Housing mediations provide a neutral space for property owners/managers and renters to talk about an existing conflicts make a plan for the future.

Our restorative services have a huge focus on youth and we have a strong partnership with the Anoka County Attorney's Office, Anoka County Victim-Witness Services, and various schools within Anoka County.

We are a volunteer-driven organization and this November, we are seeking donations for our volunteer development fund!
