I am excited to announce the launch of our Leaves of Change "Give to the Max" fundraising campaign throughout November, culminating on November 21, 2024. This initiative reflects our commitment to providing the best possible living experience for your loved ones at the Maples of St. Johns.

We are truly fortunate to live in a community that generously supports long-term care. The Maples and St. Johns thrive when we work together with our community. Our goal is to raise $35,000 for essential improvements that will enhance the comfort and functionality of our care environment. These funds will support important upgrades, including:

· New flooring in the dining room and chapel: This flooring will feature a solid color and eliminate the lip that can be difficult for walkers to navigate.

· Remote control blinds for the high dining room windows: These blinds will help manage light and reduce heat from the sun.

· Two new medication carts: These will improve medication management, streamlining and enhancing the efficiency of medication distribution for our residents.

· A new ice machine: Our current machine is small and often runs out of ice for our residents.

I’m pleased to share that the first $10,000 in donations will be matched, meaning your contribution can have an even greater impact! Our residents are already expressing their excitement about these improvements.

We invite you to consider making a donation during this campaign. You can give online at givemn.org or in person at St. Johns. Every donation, no matter the size, helps us create a more welcoming and efficient environment for everyone at the Maples.

Thank you for your continued support. Together, we can make a meaningful difference in our community.

Warm regards,
