Donation Rewards

Any amount - Knowing that you've donated to a fabulous inclusive improv theater.

$50 - Birthday Club - Be one of the first 5 people to donate $50 and it's your birthday. It's a light hearted program that celebrates is audiences birthdays on air. We'll celebrate your birthday during the show (even if it's not Nov. 15). Your name will be accompanied by a random photo and age.

$100 - Segment Sponsor - Be one of the first 3 people  to donate $100 and we'll intro and outro a segment with your name as the sponsor. We will probably also make a terrible pun about what a company with your name would sell.

$138 -  138th Dollar Spectacular -Be spectacular! And be proud that you get this now 25 year old reference.

$500 - Executive Producer - This is the big one. Be the first person to donate this amount and we will credit you as executive producer. We will edit the graphic to have your name. Your name will appear in this very about section as the executive producer. We will create a vanity production card for you. Your name will will be dropped and the top and bottom of the show and probably many more times in between. Don't miss your chance to be the next Dick Wolf.

Michael and Bret in the Mornings is an improvised morning talk show hosted by Michael Forsythe and Bret Meyer focusing on all the topics that come to them in a half hour. It may not be the most hard hitting news program, but it's guaranteed to brighten up your morning.

Why we are supporting HUGE

We are so happy to be participating in the 2019 Improvathon and to be helping raise funds for Huge Theater.  Both of us have had the privilege of performing on stage at Huge and want to make sure that others have that same opportunity.

Huge is a wonderful theater that gives improvisers a place where they are allowed and encouraged to take chances. I recently had a show at Improv A Go Go where I performed a one man show about my hometown. My father made the trip and I don't think I've ever seen him laugh so much or show so much pride in any previous artistic endeavor. That wouldn't have been possible without Huge giving improvisers an opportunity to try their own weirdness and take risks on stage. It also wouldn't have happened without Bret. (I submitted the show primarily to get Bret to stop encouraging me to submit for a one man show and not expecting to get the lottery). Once the show got picked, Bret was a constant source of support, listening to my many pitches and giving direct feedback, and he even agreed introduced the show. With his friendship and stagemanship, I was set up for success before the audience even saw my face. I am truly honored to be raising money for this amazing institution alongside one my best friends so that the Twin Cities can continue to enjoy the many benefits of Huge Theater.  - Michael
