That’s why I am dedicated to supporting The Link, an incredible organization committed to empowering youth and their families to overcome the devastating impacts of poverty and social injustice.

The Link is making a profound difference in the Twin Cities Metro area, and here’s how:

• Housing for Hope: Each night, we provide over 260 units of housing for youth experiencing homelessness. These aren’t just numbers; they represent young lives filled with potential, hope, and dreams for the future.

• Transformative Support: Every year, we deliver innovative, strengths-based services to more than 400 young people involved in the juvenile justice system. These services help them break free from cycles of disadvantage, guiding them toward brighter paths.

• A Safe Haven: We proudly operate Minnesota’s only emergency shelter for youth of all gender identities who are facing sexual exploitation or trafficking. This crucial resource provides a lifeline for those who need it most, offering safety, support, and a chance to heal.

• Empowerment Through Leadership: The Link is uniquely youth and adult-led. This means I get to collaborate with talented, resilient young people who inspire me daily with their strength and determination. They are not just clients; they are leaders and change-makers in our community.
