Lucas Mangili - Junior

I love crew because of the environment. There is truly no other sport at the high school that requires physical and mental determination and strength like rowing. All this work not only allows the boat to become closer as a group but also makes crossing that finish line feel that much sweeter. I felt this while the varsity one crew and I were passing under the Elliot Bridge during Head of the Charles. Hearing all your parents and teammates cheering you on in the most prestigious race of your life was indescribable. I look forward to continuing our success this season, growing as a team, and getting faster together.
