Now, more than ever, we all need community, and the community needs art.
We at Articulture are dedicated to nurturing imaginations, sharing art knowledge and skills, and fostering more inclusive, accessible, intentional, compassionate, and connected world. We believe art is a holistic tool for personal and social change, and that we are all worthy of experiencing the power and healing of art.
If this resonates with you, we invite you to donate to Articulture for Give to the Max Day on November 21st. Your contribution helps us continue offering high-quality arts instruction for art lovers of all ages and backgrounds.
Together, we can equip students with the knowledge and tools to create new meanings, support mental well-being, explore the world through a creative lens, and build connections and community through shared artmaking experiences.
We sincerely thank all who have donated to Articulture in the last month. With your valuable help, we have reached 11% of the intended goal necessary for Articulture’s future operations so far! Thank you for your contributions ♡
If you donate during Give to the Max, your gift will go towards supporting the projects outlined below. Whether it’s $10, $25, or an amount that feels right to you, your support has a ripple effect on the Twin Cities and metro area’s communities.
Presently, our main funding focus is on our Outreach and Art & Healing partnerships with schools and social service organizations. Every person has a story to tell, and at Articulture we want everyone to have a turn to tell theirs. By creating access to arts experiences, we want to give as many people as possible the chance to find a pathway to self-fulfillment, solace, and healing with creative expression through the visual arts.
Examples of current partnerships:
National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) - peer support group (needs additional funding to get started this winter);
People Serving People Shelter - arts programming for teens;
The Magnet 55+ - classes for elder learners;
Minneapolis Public Schools - after school programs.
Your donation directly impacts lives by expanding access to the arts, cultivating safe spaces for creativity, and nurturing a sense of belonging for people of all backgrounds. Thank you!
