Help us grow our Endowment Fund!

$30,000 goal

1 year left

The communities of Hackensack and Backus are excited to continue growing our Endowment Fund!  We reached our goal in 2019  by raising $10,000! This qualified us for a $10,000 matching grant from the Initiative Foundation.  Our mission is to provide financial and human connections to support a healthier place to live, learn, work and play. We serve the 9 townships in a ten mile radius of Hackensack - Hiram, Birch, Woodrow, Deerfield, Powers, Ponto Lake, Shingobee South, Turtle Lake South and Pine Lake and the City of Backus. Your generous contribution to our Endowment Fund will be thoughtfully invested so that the interest can be gifted annually for worthwhile local projects!

Thank you! Your generous gift will be permanently invested to create a lasting legacy for the Hackensack Lakes Area Community Foundation.

Thinking of a larger donation or legacy gift? Send an email to info@ifound.org or call (320) 632-9255 for one-on-one guidance to maximize the return on your investment.

Making your donation by check? Make checks payable to the Initiative Foundation, and mail to Initiative Foundation - 446122, P.O. Box 64182, St Paul, MN 55164-0182. Please note "Hackensack Lakes Area Community Foundation or HLACF" in the memo line.
