Rochester Montessori School has guided children to develop independence, confidence, critical thinking, and love of learning for 56 years. Careful attention to the environment in which children activate and develop their independence, along with trained and skilled guides to foster and encourage their innate desire to learn, have provided RMS students with a strong foundation to embrace life and learning. How children learn influences who they become.

Each year, your additional support helps pay for important school improvements not covered by tuition. This year, we are raising funds for:

Professional Development $15,000

    To send staff to conferences and trainings to:

        ▪ learn about current trends and practices

        ▪ build connections with other educators

        ▪ affirm their practice

        ▪ be inspired

        ▪ install child-friendly shelving

        ▪ purchase collections management software

           and checkout station

        ▪ expand and enhance the collection
