On Give to the Max Day 2024, we look to Everyday Heroes to answer the call and help further our mission to provide accessible spay/neuter surgeries, basic veterinary care and vaccinations to dogs and cats in need throughout Minnesota. This spring, we reached the monumental milestone of 200,000 surgeries since our 2010 founding -- keeping pets with the people who love them and preventing unwanted pet births. Looking to the future, we cannot do this again without your support.

So many Minnesota families and individuals are struggling to find the care their pets need. It could be transportation, cost, availability or many other reasons. In addition to our North Minneapolis headquarters clinic, we meet pets and people where they are in our mobile surgery suite with the essential organizations and communities that host us. MN SNAP is the only statewide mobile clinic dedicated year-round to spay/neuter surgeries, basic veterinary care and vaccinations.
Animals are at the center of MN SNAP but their people are the lifelong caregivers. Our work supports their success. Pets are family and we keep pets and their people together. Will you Give to the Max now to reach more?
Since MN SNAP was founded in 2010 we've:
- Performed more than 206,600 spay/neuter surgeries (serving 128,000+ families and individuals in need, 30,000+ community/barn cats and pets waiting for adoption in rescues/shelters)
- Prevented more than 8 million unwanted pet births (a conservative estimate including only our female patients and average litter sizes)
- Saved families and individuals in need more than $43 million in veterinary care costs
- Traveled more than 500,000 miles in our mobile surgery suite serving communities, 501c3 shelter/rescue partners and Tribal Nations
