Boozhoo!
This November, as we celebrate National Native American Heritage Month, National Gratitude Month, and recognize the importance of Hunger & Homelessness Awareness, we invite you to stand with AICHO in support of our critical work.
Our mission to honor the resilience of Indigenous people and strengthen communities is more urgent than ever. Indigenous families face disproportionate rates of homelessness, hunger, and poverty, and AICHO provides housing, domestic violence support, and essential services to those in need.
This year, we are raising $500,000 to support AICHO’s general operations and build the capacity we need to serve our community even more effectively. With these funds, we aim to:
- Expand Our Team: Our staff wears many hats, managing multiple programs while also providing direct services. We are seeking to grow our team to relieve this burden and ensure each program receives the attention it needs.
- Equitable Salaries: We believe in fair and equitable compensation for the hard work our staff does every day. Your support will help us develop a strategy for more equitable salaries, reflecting the value and impact of this challenging work.
- Sustain Our Programs: These funds will also help sustain our essential programs, from housing and domestic violence services to youth empowerment and cultural preservation.
Your gift today will directly impact our ability to serve Indigenous families and strengthen our capacity for the future.
Will you help us reach our $500,000 goal and stand with AICHO this November?
