We believe in the power of connection.
Last year, we were focused on Laying Down Roots in our community - with your help, we were able to reach our fundraising goal! We've stayed true to our commitment this past year, performing A RED HERRING to new audiences, teaching 9 workshops around St. Paul, mounting the first ever KABOOM! Cabaret, and devising a brand new production, TRONK: A Journey Home. We wouldn't have been able to do this without your support. From all of us, we want to say: THANK YOU!
It's time for something a little different... This year, our theme is:
By Weaving Our Web, we're focused on bringing folks together and strengthening our community bonds! We want to continue to build a vibrant, inclusive community where collaboration, education, and outreach are at the heart of everything we do.
Meet Auntie Agnes! Agnes loves weaving, knitting, and crocheting, and her many legs will soon be hard at work weaving a gorgeous new web. As we celebrate this holiday season, we also celebrate the web of community that you all have woven alongside us. And now, with Auntie Agnes, we can continue to weave our web into her beautiful new home! At each milestone of our fundraising campaign, you'll see the web grow bigger and bigger. Our final goal is $2000! We can't wait to see the stunning artwork she'll spin once we hit our goal!
She hasn't been able to afford any silk yet, but with your help, she can get this beautiful web started! Donate today to help her get crafty!
Your support will help us create transformative theatre experiences, including our next production, TRONK: A Journey Home - a bit more about this magical new production...
Three bumbling adventurers are on a journey to find a new home. But the magical trunk they use to travel breaks down, and they must repair their vessel before continuing on. As they try to work together to fix their traveling device, the crew realizes that they must first repair the rift that has formed between the three of them before they can move forward.
Our goal with TRONK is to bring this show to libraries and schools around the Twin Cities to perform for kids of all ages, but we won't be able to take off without your support. Help us bring innovative theatre to our community free-of-charge by donating today!
Did you know that in addition to performing, Cahoot?! also offers theatre education workshops? It’s true! Everything from clown to mask to storytelling and more, and – as always – they’re completely free for participants because Cahoot?! believes that everyone should have access to theatre education experiences regardless of background or circumstance.
If you share this belief, consider being in cahoots with us by donating today! Together, we can bring the joy of performing to children across the Twin Cities metro!
We were so thrilled to present KABOOM!, a collaborative cabaret, for the first time this past September! Thank you to everyone who attended, supported, and performed with us at the Hive Collaborative in St. Paul. This evening of physical theatre was free-of-charge to all who attended, and the funding to produce the show came entirely from people who believed in Cahoot?!'s mission.
