At CloseKnit, we rely on the generosity of individuals and organizations like you to support our mission and continue our efforts in Youth Homelessness. 

We are reaching out to kindly request your consideration for a donation. Your support would enable us to secure a grant management system, maintain staff, and increase the reach of our programming. 

Your support will also make a meaningful difference in the lives of Homeless youth and the organizations that provide services to this population. We are committed to transparency and accountability, ensuring every contribution is utilized effectively to maximize its impact.

1. Support Trusted Adults: Provide resources and support to the caring adults already stepping up to help homeless youth. This includes linkage to care/services, training, and access to services that can improve their ability to provide stable support. 

2. Expand Our Programs: Develop and implement programs and policies that strengthen these relationships and ensure that homeless youth have the emotional and practical support they need to thrive. 

4. Advocate for Systemic Change: Work with policymakers and community organizations to create systemic changes prioritizing relationship-based support for homeless youth.
