Art Classes for Ali

My daughter-in-law, Ali Joglekar, was diagnosed with Stage 2B breast cancer when she was 33 years old. After going through treatment, she joined an atypical support group focused on renewed fitness and healing through dragon boat paddling. 

Ali is now starting her 7th season with the Dragon Divas and has truly found a sisterhood she didn't know existed. The purpose of the Divas is to support each other and demonstrate that a full and active life is possible after diagnosis, and Ali is leaning in with all she has! She's in the boat twice a week during the Minnesota summer, competes in multiple festivals per year, and is even an assistant coach for her team!

Every four years, the Divas join thousands of other survivors from around the world to race in the International Breast Cancer Survivor Dragon Boat Participatory Festival. This is an incredible opportunity to really witness survivors thriving. 

The next festival will be held in Aix-les-Bains, France in 2026. Any donations will go to support the Diva's participation in this festival.
