When we pulled Arlo from the overcrowded, under-resourced shelter we found him at, he was dehydrated, starving, and fading away. This little boy, who by all reckonings shouldn’t have made it out of the shelter to begin with, got a second chance, and he seized it. Arlo turned a corner and grew into the healthy, happy, playful pup he always should have been. He came to Minnesota and soon met his family, who love and adore him the way he deserves.
