Unforeseen economic challenges can overwhelm anyone, especially in uncertain times such as these. That is why we've created the Employee Emergency Assistance Fund. The program provides a way for employees to apply for funding relief for extraordinary financial challenges such as a family death, medical emergency, or a household partner's loss of work brought on by the pandemic.
Typical individual grant awards are up to $500.
Your generous donation to the Employee Emergency Assistance Fund will help a staff member recover financially and help ensure they can continue to be a happier, productive member of the Pioneer team.
