Thank you Notre Ecole's PTO for your $400 donation!
Notre Ecole would love to bring its students to the Gibbs Farm next spring!
The Gibbs Farm is a museum in Saint Paul which seeks to educate visitors on the lives of 19th-century Minnesota pioneers and the Dakota people.
Students will see and experience original and replica buildings, including a log-and-sod home, the original Gibbs farmhouse and barn, tipi, Dakota summer bark lodge, and one-room schoolhouse.
Costumed interpreters will provide a glimpse into nineteenth century pioneer and Dakota daily life.
They will also participate in a candle making activity.
The cost of the fieldtrip is around $700:
-$400 for the bus
-$300 for the admission
With your help, we could make this fieldtrip comes true.
Thanks for your support!
