At Lincoln Place, we provide more than just housing—we offer hope, stability, and a path forward for young adults who have experienced homelessness. This supportive housing development in Eagan, operated by Wilder in partnership with Dakota County and the Dakota County Community Development Agency, features 24 studio apartments and on-site staff available 24/7 to ensure residents have the resources and support they need to achieve their goals.

A Path to Independence

At Lincoln Place, youth are empowered to set and pursue their own life goals. Each resident is supported by Wilder case managers who work closely with them to connect with resources in employment, education, health, and financial management.

Sebastian Dina participated in supportive housing services at Lincoln Place several years ago. Watch more his story, as he and his partner, Tash, reflect on their experience at Lincoln Place and how they grew together.

For many residents, Lincoln Place is more than just a roof over their heads—it's the stability that allows them to move forward in life. With safe, supportive housing, young adults can focus on rebuilding their lives, whether it’s pursuing education, securing employment, or maintaining their health. Residents often share how critical stable housing has been to achieving their goals and maintaining motivation.

Supporting the Journey

Wilder’s commitment to Lincoln Place residents extends beyond housing. Through partnerships with community agencies, landlords, and county services, Wilder helps ensure that residents have access to a full range of resources to achieve self-determined goals.

Whether it's support in pursuing education, accessing healthcare, or working toward financial independence, Lincoln Place offers a foundation that allows youth to thrive and transition successfully to the next stage of life.
