If you are in a position to do so, please consider supporting Theatre Novi Most on Give to the Max Day 2023 as we raise money for a very important project close to our hearts.
Our new project is called The Ukrainian Words Project and includes new play readings and Story Circles with members of the Ukrainian diaspora here in Minnesota. These story circles will be collecting crucial and precious stories from our Ukrainian community members as they collectively process a brutal land war on their home soil from afar. The stories will be collected in Mankato, Northfield, Duluth, and Minneapolis and will eventually be turned into a new piece of verbatim theatre in collaboration with the storytellers. We are very eager to make this a welcoming and healing experience for as many 1st and 2nd generation Ukrainians in Minnesota as possible. $800 in donations for GTMD23 will allow us to expand access for all Ukrainian diaspora members regardless of language or hearing ability.
YOUR DONATION THIS YEAR WILL ALLOW US TO PROVIDE TRANSLATORS AND ASL INTERPRETERS AT ALL OUR STORY CIRCLE EVENTS.
