Helping save animals!

Matty's Heart and Rescue is very near and dear to my heart. In early 2020 we adopted Sailor, who they were able to save from a high kill shelter in Texas. 

In 2024, I lost my old man dog Captain aka Bubba. He was 14 and lived a happy life being the full definition of "Cappy don't care." 

We were not ready to adopt another dog, but felt sailor needed someone to play with. So we decided to look into fostering. We obviously went with Matty's Heart and Soul animal rescue!  We have been fostering for 3 months, and we absolutely love it. Aline has been our first foster.

Matty's is a much smaller rescue than others you've seen and heard of. Here everyone is a volunteer, every single last one of us. Who all have a high desire to save as many animals as possible. When you donate to Matty's you are helping to save a life. You're helping with transportation to Minnesota, getting them spayed/ neutered, medical treatment and emergencies, food, supplies, boarding, and so on.
