Happy Holidays! Our Christmas Family Holiday experience is the highlight of our mission for the 3rd year now.  We have been able to take stress out of the holidays and make several everlasting memories for the families we have worked with.  Our fundraising goals this year are to gain enough financial support for us to treat more military and first responder families to this unique and load-lightening experience.  From the youngest to the wisest of each family, all deserve free time to celebrate the season and bond with the family, in a safe place where worries can be left behind. Our heroes have put their lives on the line and often left their families behind so that all can safely celebrate holiday traditions and this is one way to show how much we appreciate their sacrifices and protection. 

Our number one mission is to eliminate the suicides that plague the world of veterans and first responders. With awareness campaigns and our Lighten the Load program, we have found ways to put that demon farther out of mind for those who walk the thin line.  By taking away some of the stress and anxiety of things like rent, bills, rides to work, catching up on late payments and clearing the mental pathways, we feel we have helped our brothers and sisters with time and space to think through their decisions and focus on how to move forward.  Many times this is what weighs them down and allows the mental and emotional anguish to gain access to thoughts and actions. That invisible and deadly enemy must not be allowed to take over,  and that is what we hope to eliminate by providing these experiences. Thank you for your continued generosity and thoughtfulness.
