👋 Bandy isn’t just a sport; it’s a community, a passion, and a commitment to breaking barriers in winter sports. The women of US Bandy have shown resilience and determination, growing our league to three teams strong this year and fostering opportunities for women of all ages to try this exhilarating game.
🎉 We’ve also introduced two new tournaments this season, giving our club teams more opportunities to compete and grow. US Women’s Bandy Club teams now have three trophies to play for:
The Jamison Cup (Winter League Championship)
The National Rink Bandy Championship
The North American Rink Bandy Cup debuted this fall with its inaugural tournament.
But as we grow, so do our needs. Practice ice, league ice, and equipment are essential to providing a safe and welcoming environment for new and returning players. By contributing, you’ll help us continue building this foundation, giving women a place to compete, connect, and thrive.
🌏 This year, we’re also representing the United States on the world stage at the Women’s Bandy World Championships in Sweden this upcoming March. Competing against powerhouses like Sweden, Finland, and Norway is a dream come true for our athletes, but the costs of travel, training, and preparation are significant. Your donation helps us ensure Team USA can proudly compete, uniting our players and fans under one mission: growing this incredible sport.
