Soul Source is active in promoting the empowerment and education of women and youth in Western Kenya.

Gayle has been leading Soul Source Foundation's board for many years and I am excited to have joined in 2024 to get more involved in supporting the amazing people making this work possible in Western Kenya.

Soul Source Foundation does three things really well:

1- Supports Kamasengre Mixed Secondary School by providing scholarships uniforms, and daily meals for 40+ students, as well as stipends and resources for teachers.

2- Supports young women with post-secondary scholarships and mentorship so they can pursue further education at college, university, or vocational programs.

3- Implements holistic and financial empowerment training via local women’s groups so they can collaborate to start small businesses, support one another, and save to support their families.

What do we love most about Soul Source Foundation?

That this is a locally-led effort combining holistic empowerment of women with deep knowledge of culture and community.

How can you help?

Join us on at Gayle's place on Friday, November 22nd for a happy hour gathering (5-7pm) to learn more about Soul Source Foundation and how your support can make a difference. Kids are welcome too!

If you can't make it, but want to show your support in honor of this season of gratitude and giving (and Tricia's birthday), you can make a donation on this page. Gifts of all sizes are deeply appreciated!

Thank you for taking the time to learn more about Soul Source Foundation and joining us in supporting this beautiful and impactful work.
