Founded in 1988, formerly the National Society of Hispanic MBAs (NSHMBA), changed its name to Prospanica to extend its reach from the MBA community to professionals and undergraduate students. Prospanica is The Association of Hispanic Professionals with Professional and University Chapters across the U.S. dedicated to help professionals, higher-level education students, undergraduates, entrepreneurs and Fortune 500 partners build on connections and career development to fortify the Hispanic workforce.

At Prospanica DFW, your participation provides you with opportunities to network with other Hispanic professionals, local corporate and academic partners, and the general DFW business community.
