Youable Emotional Health has been an essential community provider of mental health services in the Twin Cities for more than 50 years. Formerly Headway Emotional Health, our mission is to empower all people to live emotionally healthy lives. Through various programs such as outpatient therapy, adolescent day treatment, youth case management, infant home visiting services, youth diversion, and truancy, just to name a few, we help hundreds of clients throughout the area on their individual mental health journey.
Every client is different and treated on an individual, person-centered level with our services as we value everyone who reaches out in need of our help. Our staff works with infants to seniors and every age in between through our program offerings and provide them with the tools to achieve an emotionally healthy life, whether through individual therapy, education, group therapy, community engagement, or personal accountability.
"We are so pleased to have found Youable – the life of our child looks completely different and we feel that they are on the right road demonstrating new learned skills."
- Parent of Day Treatment Client
As an essential community provider, we're proud to partner with Hennepin and other counties to serve our clients, regardless of income, age, race or ethnicity, gender, sexual identity, or any other barriers that could prohibit someone from receiving care. That is why a donation to Youable is so important today so that we may continue to provide some of these essential services to those who need them most.
We recognize that Give to the Max Day and the holiday season is important for many this time of year, but even a donation of $10.00 today can provide fidgets and art supplies for our teens in our day treatment program and $25.00 would provide our infant home visiting team with a pack of diapers. $50.00 could provide a coat for a child who has been missing school due to the lower temperatures outside and whose family cannot afford a winter coat.
“Our Youable case manager is by far the best case manager my daughter has had. She really focuses on building relationships with our family and getting to know my daughter's unique needs."
