Windom Park Citizens in Action (WPCiA)

Windom Park Citizens in Action (WPCiA) serves the community by giving a voice to residents, businesses and property owners in the Windom Park neighborhood of northeast Minneapolis through community engagement and community revitalization. WPCiA works to implement its Neighborhood Action Plan and Small Area Plan, designed by residents, businesses and other community volunteers.  We offer low-interest home fix-up loans, commercial rehab loans, home energy squad buy-downs, security rebates, and transportation action projects. Our monthly meetings, open to all, offer community members a time to learn what's happening in the neighborhood, take action, join together to advocate on issues, engage with elected officials, and weigh in on topics they determine to be important to the Windom Park area.
