Volunteers In Corrections was originally founded in October 1970 as the Volunteer Probation Officer Program. In October 1980 we changed our name to Volunteers in Corrections. We are an organization made up of over 200 volunteers who are dedicated to providing program services to Ramsey County Community Corrections clients in various activities. We strive to help individuals who have been incarcerated or under supervision in Ramsey County to successfully live healthy lives.
