Urban League Academy High School

The Urban League Academy High is an outgrowth of the merger between Street Academy and the Middle School.  The Urban League Academy is an alternative school program for youth in grades 7-12, who are having difficulties within the traditional school setting.  The Academy offers high school courses and cultural activities and is accredited by the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools.

We also have a middle school component which seeks to address the needs of the children, at the seventh through eighth grade levels, having difficulties adjusting, academically or socially, to the larger district schools.  Our program focuses students toward mastery of basics.
