Two Harbors Trail Alliance

Hello 

The Two Harbors Trails Alliance is a new nonprofit organization with the goal of maintaining area trails and building new trails. The trails include the Errki Harju Ski Trail, the Bigfoot trail and the Lake County Demonstration Forest (aka Donald D Ferguson) trails.  This is an opportunity for local skiing, hiking and biking enthusiasts to join an alliance. 

The vision is to create an improved network of trails for skiing, hiking, mountain biking, fat-biking, snowshoeing and enjoying nature. 

The Two Harbors Area Trails Alliance schedules an annual meeting  and a trail work day. Watch the Facebook page for updates on events.  

Local board members have created a vision and a plan for further trail development, and we are always looking for new members and help to implement the vision! The board also works on trail maintenance and volunteer coordination.  Please support the work of the trails by using and enjoying the trails, volunteering, and making a donation today!
