Summit-University Planning Council

The Summit-University Planning Council is one of Saint Paul's 17 District Councils. We are an organization made up of community members and our mission is to promote community stewardship and amplify the voices of the neighborhood. 

We conduct forums and provide information to address the issues that affect this community. The Council also advises the City of Saint Paul on zoning and city plans as they affect this neighborhood. 

One of our goals is to build bigger, better, and more creative channels of communication to help community members stay connected and informed.
