SARPA - Summit Ave Residential Preservation Assoc.

The Summit Avenue Residential Preservation Association (SARPA) is dedicated to the preservation of the historic, residential, and urban park character of Summit Avenue in Saint Paul, Minnesota.

SARPA works with other neighborhood organizations, developers, institutions, nearby retail/dining establishments, and individuals to maintain Summit Avenue’s reputation as one of the finest historic residential streets in both Minnesota and the United States. 

Donations to SARPA will be used to support advocacy efforts, special events, and our popular biennial Garden Stroll. A donation of $30 or more qualifies you as a "Full Member" of SARPA for one year.  Anyone may join SARPA as a "Friend of the Avenue" at no cost.
