STARBASE Minnesota, Inc. is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, founded in 1993, whose mission is to educate and inspire youth in science, technology, engineering and math (STEM).  A public/private partnership that works, STARBASE engages STEM-passionate stakeholders from STEM industry, military, government, schools and communities in the education and development of Minnesota's youth.  Since 1993, STARBASE Minnesota has served over 70,000 youth in the exciting and immersive aerospace backdrop of the 133rd Airlift Wing in St. Paul and the 148th Fighter Wing in Duluth, in state of the art facilities with access to cutting edge technologies.  STARBASE's top notch educators, along with STEM-focused military volunteers and industry scientists and engineers, bring STEM to life for students and their teachers in ways they have rarely experienced before.   STARBASE Minnesota is one of the most successful, evidence-based and mutually beneficial collaborations of federal, state, corporate and private entities in the region working together on a common vision of developing a love of STEM in students that guide students towards future STEM careers that contribute to a robust, STEM-skilled workforce and strengthened communities. STARBASE Minnesota's innovative, engaging, evidenced-based 20-25-hour STEM programs for students grades 4-6 are in high demand.  STARBASE currently serves over 5,000 students annually from 12 Minnesota school districts and over 60 schools from the Twin Cities and Duluth, with a long waiting list of schools wanting to attend.  STARBASE programs are free to schools; the majority of students served are underserved or underrepresented in STEM.  With your support we can ignite students' interest in STEM today to develop the skills they need to be the creative thinkers, problem solvers and innovators of tomorrow.   Thank you!
