Make a difference in the lives of area youth! Unite For Success! Student Internship Program

Every summer, the Chamber, in partnership with St. Cloud Area School District 742, Sauk Rapids-Rice School District 47, Cathedral High School, and the Stearns-Benton Employment & Training Council, offers the "Unite for Success" Student Internship Program for historically underserved high school students. Undeserved students are those who receive free or reduced price lunch; face a physical, emotional or mental barrier to learning; come from historically underserved populations; or who would be the first in their family to attend a post-secondary educational opportunity.

We need your help! Contribute to the cause to support Student Internship Stipends for our interns. Because of our population target, reimbursement is crucial for the program. We provide $550 to each intern who successfully completes an 80 hour internship throughout the summer.

The Student Summer Internship Program aims to accomplish two things:

• Provide member businesses with opportunities to advance the future workforce
• Create and enhance learning opportunities for historically under-served youth in the St. Cloud area
